Free King Size Boxspring

Hello 192 Jarvis,

For free: I have a newer Kingdown BoxSpring. It’s a King Size (broken into 2 twins). Brand New condition. I just have a new platform bed and it’s not needed.

Before I post it for free on Kijiji, or LetGo, I am offering to to someone in the building.

Let me know ASAP as I would like to have it removed quickly. Please contact me at cj@192jarvis.com.

Condo Tour – November 13

192 Jarvis Condo viewWe have seven condos that will be included in the upcoming condo tour taking place November 13 starting at 2.00 pm.

We propose a social afternoon where some residents can show finished or ongoing renos and other just a social visit.

This is an opportunity to explore new designs for kitchen, bathrooms and even modifications to layout or explore window treatments, furnishings, colours and use of art to make the home comfortable and livable.

Starting in the lobby we will visit each unit for about 15 – 20 minutes, a taste of wine and a few nibbles before moving on.

Important: Registration is required. Either pick up an envelope by the mailboxes in the lobby or email your name(s) and unit number to social@192jarvis.com.

This tour is for 192 Jarvis residents only.

Ryerson Student Residence Proposal

Rye Res PicFollowing is an email received from Giulio Cescato, the city planner who was handling this file, indicating that an amended application has been submitted and that a community meeting will be called soon.

Hi Barry,
The applicant has resubmitted their application and I’m anticipating that another community meeting will be forthcoming.  Also, you should know that I’m no longer the planner on the file, it has been reassigned to Henry Tang (htang2@toronto.ca) who I have copied on this email.
Regards,

Giulio
