City of Toronto Planning received an application in August to allow for the re-zoning of the lands at the southeast corner of Jarvis and Dundas – currently Tim Hortons – for the constructing of a 534 unit, 47-storey mixed use condo building, with retail uses on the ground floor and residential uses above. A total of 80 underground parking spaces will be provided for visitors along with 534 bicycle parking spaces for visitors and residents.
